Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your K PLACE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
